Yes – we are still open for business. We will continue to provide essential products to the community during this uncertain time. However, to ensure that Thompson Parkway is a safe place for our customers and retailers, we have introduced a number of important measures.

Social distancing

You can help to protect our community by following social distancing guidelines.

When you come in to do your shopping, please be considerate and stay at least two arm-lengths away from other shoppers and centre employees. The internal mall and outdoor walkways can become quite busy – take care to avoid close contact with others in these areas.

Customer limits

There are set customer limits for each store to ensure that there is a maximum of one person per four square metres as per government regulations. Look out for signage at shop entrances that indicates the number of customers permitted in the store at any one time.
